A Promise

This week has been by far the busiest and best week of summer.  Nate arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we have been on-the-go ever since.  I do feel a little bad because he came here for a vacation and I've been putting him to work, mostly for the wedding.  But he reassures me that, "its a good busy".  He's pretty wonderful.  We did accomplish quite a bit...some big decisions were made for the wedding next summer, our engagement photos were taken and will be posted soon, we golfed 18 holes...one of the funniest things ever, I just don't golf, helped mom and dad finish a few last details on the house, attended the most adorable little princess' second birthday, spent some time on the beach, had two family dinners, saw the last installment of Harry Potter...dweebs I know.  That's all I can think of for now, but you get the idea.  This post is a promise, however, that once life resumes to normal...so will this blog.  Until then, happy summer!
