Patience

Its funny, I always thought I was a patient person.  And maybe I was, yes I'm sure of it, I used to be patient.  Now that I am older my patience has seemingly run out.  Can you just run out of patience?  Had I known, I would have been stashing it into a reserve fund all along.  There is so much to look forward to these next few months, is it wrong I don't want to wait for them to happen? 

I'll change the subject.  I hope you are all basking in the remnants of spring.  Summer is right around the corner and I couldn't be happier.  I'm definitely a summer person, but fall is one of my favorite seasons...does that make any sense?  I guess rambling doesn't have to make sense.  I just feel alive again in the summer.  Memorial Day is one of my favorite days.  To remember and honor those who serve our country and, for me, Memorial Day is the kick off to summer.  So Happy Memorial Day America!  I hope you all had a delightful weekend full of sun, sand, and your favorite cold beverage.  As for me, I'll be practicing my patience.
